"Hurtin" is a Hit (cont'd from Page 1)

In July, our song charted n the European Country Music Association Country Music Radio 1 Chart Top-I 00 at # 16. In Belgium, "Hurtin" charted at #5, and it was #3 in the United Kingdom. Most recently, we learned that "Hurtin" had been voted one of the "Most Beautiful Songs 2007" by the Radioshow Inn, The Netherlands, a member of the Dutch Country Music Assn. This is a great honor, and we are very  thankful.   Finally. we would be most remiss if we did not extend a huge thank-you to Terri and Andrew Dean from Nite*Sky Records for all they did for us in 2007. We believe that it is through their determined efforts on our behalf that we attained these successes. We are looking forward to working with them again in 2008. God bless both of you and your work.

Kentucky Sisters Attend 2007 Fair Convention

There is nothing more demanding or fun than our annual visits to the fair association conventions. In January and February, 2007, we braved frigid temperatures and snow to attend conventions in Indianapolis, IN, Springfield, IL, and lake of Ozark, MO.

There are many reasons why we've attended these conventions since 2002: (1) It gives us a chance to visit and reminisce with many of the friends we have made over the years; (2) We get to "strut our stuff" before those who haven't had the Kentucky Sisters

at one of their events; and, (3) We have a chance to salute those who continue work their fingers to the bone to make their events successful.

We Missed seeing the folks in Georgia and Ohio. Hope to see you some time this year

"We ..... salute those who continue work
their fingers to the bone....."

Milford Fun Days Are Wet & Wild

We didn't drown, but boy was it a wet day , for the Milford  Fun Days, held  June 23rd in Milford, Illinois. Two years earlier we performed outside in
100 degree + temperatures. This year we had to bring

the whole show indoors to perform for those who wouldn't let a little rain ,dampen their enthusiasm r our own.

Thank you, Laurie Pampel, and your team r inviting us back to '1ilford. Hmm...let's see, ,hat is that saying about "third time's a charm"?
